Payment types:
Sniff accepts all credit cards except JCB and AMEX.

Confirmation of your order:
Once you order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery:
Sniff will deliver goods ordered by you to the address that you have given us with your order. We can dispatch items to addresses other that the billing address of the cardholder. We operate an address verification system for your security.

Sniff shall endeavour to deliver your goods to you within 7 working days from the day we receive your order. If delivery within 7 working days is not possible for any reason, Sniff will notify you of the delay and give you a new delivery time. Western Europe: Please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery. Rest of the world: Please allow 20 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.

Delivery charges:

UK/Channel Islands: £3.50 (Per pair)
estern Europe: £10.00 (Per pair)
Rest of the world: £30.00 (Per pair)

On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.

Stock availability:
The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. As we process your orders, we will notify you if any goods are unfortunately unavailable. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

Student Discounts:
Unfortunately Sniff mail order does not run a student discount offer.

Exchanges and refunds:
Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website, please return your item/s unworn and an unmarked condition within 28 days, enclosing a copy of your receipt/invoice to:

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or a refund. We regret that postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.
